Why the PC spec is not copied here
Hardware requirements change with store updates and regional re-releases, and a stale spec table is worse than no table: players buy or reject hardware on it. The store page for your platform is the authoritative source, and the game's graphics menu (DLSS, FSR — both fixed in 1.0.4) is the practical check.
Practical performance notes
- 1.0.4 fixed FSR and DLSS not applying when selected in the graphics menu.
- 1.0.5 improved texture streaming to reduce pop-in.
- Both patches include general performance and stability work; the official posts list crashes and performance as high-priority areas.
- Large zoos stress the simulation rather than the renderer: animal counts and habitat count are the variables to watch.
