Viewing and guest flow
Some habitats are walk-through; most are not. This page counts how many species accept guests inside and what that changes for paths and barriers.
Walk-through is a published flag on the species record. When it is set, guests enter the habitat, which changes path design, barrier placement and where animals can safely be.

FAQ
FAQ
Common questions about this topic.
Which species allow walk-through?
The list above is generated from the Zoopedia flag on each record.
Do walk-through habitats need different barriers?
Yes in practice: guests inside the habitat mean the barrier protects them, so keep hazard areas and deep water away from the path.
Why do guests ignore my viewing point?
Check it connects to a path — 1.0.4 fixed exhibit view points that were not on the path.
